To make an appointment or ask a question, please call 708-429-6999 ext. 229.  If I cannot help you personally, I will try to help you find someone who can.  You can also send me an e-mail by filling out the fields below.  (I don’t like spam either, and I definitely will not share your e-mail address or information with anyone.)

A few points to keep in mind regarding e-mail communication:

  • Please be aware that although I strive to return all e-mails and calls within one business day, sometimes it may be a few days before I receive your e-mail (for example over the weekend or during vacations).
  • Do not use email to contact me in case of an emergency. If you are in crisis, then you need to call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.  Also, you could call the national suicide prevention hotline at 1-800-SUICIDE.
  • Because e-mail is inherently insecure, the confidentiality of sensitive materials cannot be assured. Therefore you may not want to discuss sensitive matters through e-mail. Face-to-face or telephone communication should be used instead of e-mail to discuss sensitive matters.
