Contact
To make an appointment or ask a question, please call 708-429-6999 ext. 229. If I cannot help you personally, I will try to help you find someone who can. You can also send me an e-mail by filling out the fields below. (I don’t like spam either, and I definitely will not share your e-mail address or information with anyone.)
A few points to keep in mind regarding e-mail communication:
- Please be aware that although I strive to return all e-mails and calls within one business day, sometimes it may be a few days before I receive your e-mail (for example over the weekend or during vacations).
- If you are in crisis, then you need to call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Also, you could call the national suicide prevention hotline at 1-800-SUICIDE.
- Because e-mail is inherently insecure, the confidentiality of sensitive materials cannot be assured. Therefore you may not want to discuss sensitive matters through e-mail. Face-to-face or telephone communication should be used instead of e-mail to discuss sensitive matters.
